Venture deep beneath the Kaldorian Sea and reclaim what the empire lost. Learn what awaits you in Valen's first 5-player dungeon.
Beneath the storm-grey waters off the coast of Kaldor lies the Sunken Crown — the flooded throne room of Emperor Valdris III, last ruler of the Kaldorian empire. When the Collapse came three centuries ago, the palace district was swallowed by the sea in a single night. The crown was never recovered. Now, something has found it.
The Sunken Crown is a 5-player dungeon designed for characters between levels 35 and 45. Players will navigate three distinct wings across approximately 45–60 minutes of content: the Drowned Galleries (corridors of collapsed marble and ancient frescoes), the Throne Antechamber (where Tide-Caller Ossian holds court), and the Imperial Vault itself, where the final encounter awaits.
The three bosses are: The Drowned Warden (a hulking construct of rusted plate armour animated by corrupted water elementals), Tide-Caller Ossian (a former court mage who chose the depths over death), and the Crowned Remnant — a spoiler we're not ready to reveal just yet. Each boss drops item level 55–60 gear, and the weekly lockout chest at the end of a full clear contains a chance at one of three dungeon-exclusive mounts.
The Sunken Crown goes live with the first major content patch following Alpha. Watch this space.
